Inside Sales Manager
About this Job
GAI is adding to its Sales Leadership, and is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to manage our existing Inside Sales Team as well as hire, train and manage an Outbound Sales Team. The Inside Sales Manager will oversee the day to day operations of a team and will report to the Vice President of Sales and Operations. They will motivate, train and evaluate the Sales Representatives and ensure that their responsibilities are performed in a timely and accurate manner with a focus on increasing sales in our key customers and with our target OEM partners. Will be responsible for managing call and bid activity and other Key Performance Indicators, as well as, continuous improvement in departmental process.
Inside Sales Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing new GAI onboarding and training program
  • Deliver sales and onboarding training
  • Oversee and monitor daily activities of ISR’s and outbound sales reps.
  • Coach and Counsel team members as appropriate.
  • Recruit, hire and provide coaching and development to team members.
  • Responsible for ensuring the team’s monthly sales goals are met.
  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly goals for team and drive accountability down to the sales team.
  • Monitor daily work flow and call logs and make and/or recommend process improvements as needed.
  • Work with executive management and communicate effectively to sales team.
Qualifications
  • Two plus years of Inside Sales organizations.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and organizational skills.
  • Experience in motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
  • Experience in documenting and improving processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated time management skills. Comfortable in a fast paced, stressful environment.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Federal Sales experience is preferred but not required.
